Captain Zarghaam Fareed of the Pakistan Army Wednesday embraced martyrdom while performing his duties with a bomb disposal team in Mohmand tribal district.
“Another son of the soil laid his life while performing duty. Capt Zarghaam Fareed embraced martyrdom while neutralising an IED detected at Mohmad Gat in Mohmand Distt,” Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Major General Asif Ghafoor said in a tweet. “Sepoy Rehan of bomb disposal team got critically injured. 25-year-old Capt Zarghaam was unmarried and belonged to Sargodha,” he added.
